Magistrate Matthew Graber graduated from The University of Dayton School of Law. Following law school, he worked for two years in Washington D.C., on Capitol Hill and with an immigration law firm. He then served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Felony Division of the Public Defender’s Office for the 7th Judicial Circuit of Florida for two years. In 2002, he joined the law firm of Peeler, McGary & Zopff in Mason, working there as an associate until starting a solo practice in Mason in 2007. He served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Mason Municipal Court from 2002-2008, and as Prosecutor for the City of Lebanon from 2008-2015. In June 2017, he became Magistrate at Mason Municipal Court, hearing traffic and criminal cases. During that time, Magistrate Graber also served as Acting Judge for Warren County Court, and the Butler County Area Courts. Magistrate Graber has been with Clermont County Municipal Court since October 2022, serving in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions.
